PakGame respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable local laws.
To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, you must provide a written communication that includes identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Include the specific URL or location on PakGame where the infringing material is found.
Provide your contact information including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Include your physical or electronic signature.
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with your contact information and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
We will forward counter-notifications to the original complainant and may restore the content if no court action is filed within the required timeframe.
